Come on people. Get with the program. This is above authentic mexican food. Absolutely fantastic. As if it was flown in directly from Mexico as it’s ordered. Their mole sauce leaves you feeling happy/sad as you sop up the last bits of silky smooth sweet, savory sauce with that warm tortilla. The frijoles are spot on. Perfectly seasoned and exactly like I remember from my trip to Cancun. Don’t hesitate on giving this local gem a try. Picky eater approved. Cheers!

It pains me to even consider leaving this place a bad review because the food was truly outstanding, but from the moment we set foot inside, we were treated rudely beyond belief. They seated us 1/2 hour before they opened (which itself was so crazy that they were not serving lunch until 1pm and were doing us "a favor" to seat us at 1230p) and behaved as though we were such an imposition to them. Not sure if it was the owner or wait staff tending to us, but we literally were afraid to ask anything of him because he was so rude. My nephew's nanny didn't even want to ask for water. The first thing I tried to order was a veggie burrito, to which he replied, "that's on the dinner menu". When I asked if I could order it for lunch, he hesitantly nodded yes, again continuing with the behavior that we were a total imposition and not even considering to offer it to me anyway as an option to order for lunch. Chips and salsa at the table came only after asking for it, and for four people, they literally served a single, very shallow and tiny bowl of salsa. When I asked for two more of the salsas, our server gave us attitude about it. He brought them, but then when we got the bill, he tried to slip us a $4 charge FOR SALSA! I was outraged. Never was this outlined in the menu or explained when ordering. I don't even trust that it was a standard thing of theirs! FIX YOUR ATTITUDE. I am a business owner as well and would never deliver or tolerate such rude customer service.

This is our go to place for Mexican food in Westchester. Despite being some of the best Mexican food that we've had, the prices are also some of the cheapest in the area. We especially love the bean dip that comes with the chips and salsa. Sangria is great, as are all of the entrees that we've tried. Also, the staff is warm and welcoming. Parking is a little tight in the area, and the restaurant can be a little hard to find. (We describe it as "under the bridge").

Empty restaurant at 530 for dinner. Service was good, but the food was just avwrage. The tacos, tamale and tostada were so dry that I literally choked! The carne asada was undercooked and very hard to chew. Had it not been for the service, I would have given a 1 star.
